Today we had 10 eggs delivered to nursery, you cant eat these eggs though because they are special!.

Children have been really keen to come and have a look at the eggs and we have been watching for any movements all day.

Over the next few days these eggs will hopefully start to hatch and we will then have baby chicks at nursery, some will be boys called cockerels, these are yellow and fluffy. There maybe also some girls that are called hens, these are usually slightly brown in colour.
